Lebanon Courthouse is near Fort Payne, Alabama and was constructed in 1840s. Lebanon was the county seat of DeKalb County. Lebanon was a thriving community with government offices, inns, and even taverns. This Lebanon Courthouse remained in use as a courthouse until 1876. Then the county seat would move to Fort Payne, Alabama.
It is now a private residence. You can view the Lebanon Courthouse from the road where there are Historic Markers.
