Turkey Creek Nature Preserve is located in Pinson, Alabama. Turkey Creek Nature Preserve is located on 466-acre's 15 miles north of Birmingham. The Southern Environmental Center (SEC) co-manages Turkey Creek Nature Preserve and it was established through a partnership between the Freshwater Land Trust and Alabama’s Forever Wild Program. Turkey Creek Nature Preserve has an Environmental Education center which offers programs to teach about nature and our environment.
